Jim does not go into a project with a solution in mind. He first aims to understand the issues then consider potential solutions. When those solutions can be fine-tuned to create synergistic benefits in a cost-effective manner, it provides greater value to his clients and their decision-making stakeholders.

Jim Stack brings experience in many types of transportation planning activities and has deep knowledge of transportation funding to support project implementation.
